The Manfrotto Rapid Adapter has a standard 5/8″ receiver that will fit onto the top of any stand with a 5/8″ spigot such as the Manfrotto 004 Master Stand or 012B Backlight Stand, a c-stand etc. It has a 3/8″ thread that will take many accessories such as a Manfrotto 625 Quick Release Adapter set for mounting a camera or even a tripod head.
