Public Liability Cover

As Hirers are bringing their own clients/personell onto the the premises, it is classed as a 'Third Party Usage'. Hirers need to have their own Public Liability insurance for a minimum of $10,000,000. which is the standard minimum coverage for most business's. All you need to do is contact your insurance company and ask them to email or fax us your 'CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY' indicating the required cover. Give us a call if you have any queries on this.

Loss & Damages:

The Hirer Agrees to pay all costs & expenses incurred as a result of loss or damage during the hire to property and fitout of Red Brick Studios.
